Both cameras had trouble last night with subpar weather. In Tucson, there were some clouds and lots of haze. In fact, the sky looked very bright and murky during the evening. In Chula Vista, the fog rolled in during the morning hours and limited the number of meteors seen. Almost a quarter of the meteors were Taurids last night. This may be due to the fact that the Taurids are observable all night long while the rate of most non-Taurid meteors peak in the morning when it was foggy and hazy.
