Meteors detected on 2008 Sept 11 UT over 1:45 hours of observing:
7 meteors
None of the meteors are associated with any meteor shower, including the September Perseids. Then again, other than the Sept. Perseids there are only some very very minor showers active.
Considering that it was raining for most of last night, I was happy to get any meteors. During the Arizona monsoon the skies often clear by the end of the night. The early morning is also the time of the night when the most meteors are observed so it usually works out for my camera.
